Power Loss on Takeoff

I lose power just after take-off due to cracked fuel lines. Cracks turn out to be just under fuel caps. Landing on remaining runway uneventful. Fuel lines replaced and flight continued. Camera is mounted on horizontal stabilizer. I practise falling leaf manuever.
