Joseph P Miller As an interested "New Guy" here and non-pilot, it has been my pleasure to read about what is going on in the aviation industry and guys like the rest of you are doing to further the interests of all who want to be pilots. I am an Old Marine Corps Aviation Support guy who served Post Korea but before Vietnam. Career choices and economics prevented me from following my dream of being a pilot however at 70 plus it looks as though it will never come to fruition. I have always wanted to soar with the Eagles, but was constantly surrounded by a bunch of Turkeys.

Joseph P Miller This isn't a latest activity but exciting none-the-less. Back in the early 1960's a friend and I flew under the Summit Bridge near Middletown, De. in a 650 Stearman. Clearence under the bridge and above the water was minimum. Young people do foolish things , don't they ?

About

I'm just an Old Marine that loves the airplane and the memories of flying. Not that I did that much, but each trip into the "Wild Blue Yonder" was a memorable experience. Also, as a Retired Police Officer, opportunites to meet people were some of the high lights of my life as well. Like Will Rogers, I never met a man that I didn't like. ( I tried to stay away from the ones that fell into that category.)

His name was Lt/Col Carl "Mooch" Reynoso USMC. I hope it was not a discriminatory thing here !
