As the CEO of Air East Airways, Nick Tarascio is reviving the thrill, prestige and sexiness of general aviation. By integrating his love of flight, musical talents and endless thirst for travel and adventure, he is connecting with a young generation long alienated by the aviation industry. His unique brand, which focuses on the induction of “Flightstyle” (a proprietary term that Nick coined), is also committed to teaching people how to reach their personal and career goals by leveraging the many facets of aviation.

Nick also holds executive roles at Long Island Avionics, a specialty aircraft avionics service center and Ventura Air Services, a luxury aircraft charter company. Mr. Tarascio is FAA certified as both a commercial pilot and an aircraft mechanic and inspector and has logged in well over 2,000 hours of flight time.

As an overachiever, Nick started his first company at 14, earned his pilot’s license at 16, was flying Learjets by 19 and earned a full scholarship to Polytechnic University’s computer engineering program. As a professional musician, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, he has performed on a national tour with his band, released two albums as the front man of the group and has earned the right to perform in the coveted Blue Whale room at NYC’s Museum of National History.
